Qualifications, Skills and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 5-7 years of transport/logistics experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role. Proven experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution. Strong knowledge of fleet planning, transporter management, transport cost control, ERP systems (SAP/TMS), and transport compliance. Professional certifications such as CILT, KISM, or Lean Six Sigma are an added advantage. Key skills include creating daily fleet deployment plans, monitoring transporter performance, managing A/P and A/R trackers, maintaining POD and documentation logs, and preparing transport risk and escalation reports. Key Responsibilities Fleet Planning & daily transport coordination Transport execution & resource optimization Transport financial management end to end A/P execution for transports and manage A/R follow-ups VIM invoice submission & control discipline Transport Partner Relationship Management Performance monitoring & reporting Ensure compliance, risk & escalation of safety, legal and company standards Implement Lean & Kiazen initiatives
