Role Purpose The Legal and Regulatory Compliance Officer serves as the principal internal resource on legal, regulatory and compliance matters affecting the Group's operations. The role provides legal advisory support, safeguards the Company's legal interests, manages legal risk and maintains custody of legal records and instruments. Candidate Requirements Qualifications Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a recognized university. Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. Experience Minimum of 4 years' experience in reputable legal practice, with a bias towards commercial litigation. Relevant experience in employment and commercial law, including litigation exposure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Receive, inspect, store, and issue goods in line with approved procedures. Maintain accurate stock records and support stock taking and reconciliation. Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment. Ensure proper storage, organization, and compliance with Food & Beverage control standards. Support efficient inventory management and documentation. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Minimum 'O' Level Certificate. Diploma in Purchasing & Supplies Management and/or Stores Management. Basic Accounting knowledge will be an added advantage. Minimum one (1) year experience in stores operations. Knowledge of receiving, storage, issuing, and stock control procedures. Proficiency in MS Office applications and inventory management systems (MC). Basic understanding of Food & Beverage Control principles.
