Assistant Accountant - Collections

Job description

We’re looking for a driven, confident, and results-oriented professional to join their finance team in a role that combines accounting and active debt collection. 💼 What You’ll Be Doing: • Assist in managing accounts receivable, invoicing & reconciliations • Driving collections through calls, emails & client visits • Monitoring debtor accounts & preparing aging reports • Resolving discrepancies and enforcing payment terms • Supporting both AR & AP functions when required

Requirements

• • CPA Section II or Diploma in Accounting/Finance
• • Experience in credit control, AR, or debt collection
• • Strong negotiation & follow-up skills
• • Confident, assertive, and persistent personality
• • Comfortable with fieldwork and client engagement
