Key responsibilities: Oversee daily floor operations: receiving, sorting, grading and packing Manage staff shifts, productivity, discipline and on-the-job training Ensure produce handling meets hygiene, safety and quality standards Coordinate with QA, logistics and farm teams to meet dispatch schedules Monitor equipment, packaging materials and stock levels Qualifications: Diploma or degree in agriculture, horticulture, operations or a related field Minimum 3 years' experience managing packhouse or production floor operations Strong people management and organisational skills Able to work under pressure to meet tight export deadlines Location: Solai, Nakuru County, Kenya | Full-time, on-site with travel as needed
