The Operations & Technology Executive will ensure the seamless delivery of concierge services by overseeing operations, technology platforms, supplier performance and business administration. The role will also play an important part in leveraging AI, automation and technology to improve efficiency, strengthen operational processes and enhance the overall member experience. This is a hands-on role for an organized, analytical and solutions-focused professional who is comfortable working across operations, systems and administration. Key Responsibilities Manage daily service operations and workflow. Oversee CRM, AI tools and digital platforms. Develop and improve operational processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Manage supplier performance and service quality. Oversee member billing, reporting and administration. Monitor operational performance and recommend improvements. Ensure compliance with governance and operational standards. Identify opportunities to use technology and automation to improve efficiency. Support the effective implementation and use of operational systems and tools. Work closely with the CEO and the Management team on operational priorities and improvements. The ideal candidate will have: A Bachelor's degree in Operations, Information Systems, Business or a related field. 5 - 8 years' experience in operations, service delivery, technology-enabled businesses or a related environment. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Strong project management and process improvement capabilities. Good understanding of CRM and digital platforms. An interest in AI, automation and technology-driven business improvement. Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work. Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. Success in this role will be reflected in the smooth running of the company's operations, effective use of technology, strong supplier performance, accurate administration and continuous improvement of the processes that support an excellent member experience.
