Outbound Tracker – Supply Chain at Platinum Outsourcing and Logistics

Key Responsibilities Courier Tracking: Monitor outbound trucks using GPS and telematics platforms. Allocation: Assign trucks to deliveries based on correct load size, route, and commodity. Live Updates: Provide stakeholders with real-time outbound trip visibility. Risk Identification: Proactively call out risks to the distribution plan, including delays, diversions, or non-conformance. Visibility Reports: Share outbound dashboards and trip completion reports. Collaboration: Work closely with the Control Tower Analyst to consolidate outbound data for reporting. Customer Updates: Provide timely visibility to clients/distributors regarding delivery status Minimum Qualifications Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, or related field. Hands-on experience with tracking systems and fleet management. Strong understanding of data processing techniques. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
