.Overall Responsibility Own the design and execution of Group campaigns, brand standards, digital marketing strategy, and key relationship programs that drive patient volume and brand equity across the network. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage the Group campaign calendar, brand guidelines and creative standards across all facilities Apply Group brand guidelines and creative standards consistently across all facility marketing materials and activities Provide technical direction and performance oversight to the facility marketing officers. Direct the Digital Media Marketing Officer and team on content, creative and digital channel strategy Oversee the Insurance Relations Officer\'s engagement plan with SHA and private insurers to support enrolment and payer visibility Lead the onboarding of new insurance/scheme clients at the facility level Direct the Physician/Doctor\'s Relations Officer\'s referral and physician engagement program Identify and follow up on local business leads, including corporate clients and small groups Relay market intelligence to the OHGL Senior Manager, Marketing & Communications Attend and contribute to weekly and monthly Group-wide marketing performance review meetings. Prepare and submit regular facility marketing activity and performance reports, including campaign reach, leads, and conversion outcomes Track facility-level contribution to insurance/payer partnership growth and physician referral volume Track campaign performance and report ROI, reach, and conversion metrics monthly Job Requirements Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Over 4 years of marketing management experience, including brand and digital campaign leadership Strong strategic marketing and market development skills, with the ability to develop and execute initiatives that strengthen service uptake and market positioning. Experience in managing multi-site marketing teams is an advantage Demonstrated brand management and campaign planning skills, with the ability to translate marketing strategies into effective, targeted campaigns. Ability to coordinate and lead teams, work collaboratively across functions, and effectively deliver marketing initiatives. Strong communication, presentation, networking, and negotiation skills, supported by creativity, innovation, and a customer-focused approach.

Assess pain, mobility, falls risk, pregnancy status, allergies and other safety concerns; communicate realistic waiting and report times. Actively monitor the live queue, coordinate CT/X-ray/ultrasound/theatre demand and communicate delays to reception, wards, emergency and clinicians. Complete and sign opening, closing, cleaning and manufacturer-required QC checks. Detect image artefacts, performance deviations and safety defects; make the area safe, label or isolate unsafe equipment and report faults during the same shift. .Participate constructively in huddles, audits, incident reviews, departmental meetings, SOP implementation and service-improvement projects. Work collaboratively with the radiologist, Radiographer-in-Charge, medical secretary, nurses, clinicians, theatre staff, biomedical engineering and management. Provide reliable shift, weekend, on-call and theatre coverage according to roster and notify management early of foreseeable absence. Carry out other reasonable duties within professional scope and verified competence as assigned by the authorised supervisor Qualifications & Experience: Diploma or bachelor's degree in Medical Imaging Sciences, Diagnostic Radiography or an equivalent recognised qualification. Registered and licensed to practise by the Radiographers Board of Kenya, with a valid annual practising certificate. Documented competency in diagnostic ultrasound. At least 3 years' post-qualification clinical experience, including substantial hands-on ultrasound practice and experience in digital radiography. Current Basic Life Support certification. Competence in HMIS/RIS/PACS workflows, patient-data verification, image labelling, archiving, report tracking and downtime documentation. Demonstrated integrity, punctuality, respectful conduct, confidentiality. teamwork and willingness to work shifts, on-call or theatre duties as rostered.
