Overall Responsibility To develop and execute targeted marketing strategies that increase awareness, referrals, and utilization of the Group\'s Mental Wellness Services, strengthen the service lines market position; and support sustainable growth through effective campaigns, partnerships, outreach, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans for mental wellness services across the group. Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to increase awareness, referrals, and utilization of mental health and wellness services. Coordinate the positioning, branding, and promotion of mental wellness services across group facilities and target markets. Identify and develop strategic partnerships with corporates, schools, institutions, insurers, community organizations, healthcare providers, and other relevant stakeholders to expand access and generate referrals. Coordinate outreach, awareness, and community engagement initiatives that promote mental health and related services. Develop and manage digital marketing, social media, content, and other communication initiatives to enhance visibility and engagement with the service line. Conduct market research and monitor customer needs, industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform marketing strategies. Work closely with clinical and operational teams to develop service propositions, marketing materials, and campaigns that accurately communicate available services and their value. Identify opportunities for market expansion, new referral channels, service uptake, and growth of mental wellness services. Monitor marketing performance, referral trends, campaign effectiveness, and service utilization, and prepare periodic reports and recommendations for management. Coordinate participation in relevant events, forums, professional engagements, and other platforms that enhance visibility and market positioning of the service line. Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with group brand standards, approved communication guidelines, and applicable professional and regulatory requirements. Job Requirements Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field. At least 3 years relevant experience in marketing, preferably within healthcare, mental health, rehabilitation, or another service-oriented environment. Demonstrable experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns and growth initiatives. Experience in digital marketing, stakeholder engagement, partnerships, and business development will be an added advantage. Willingness and ability to travel frequently across group facilities and other locations as required.

Carry out other reasonable duties within professional scope and verified competence as assigned by the authorised supervisor Qualifications & Experience: Diploma or bachelor's degree in Medical Imaging Sciences, Diagnostic Radiography or an equivalent recognised qualification. Registered and licensed to practise by the Radiographers Board of Kenya, with a valid annual practising certificate. Documented competency in diagnostic ultrasound. At least 3 years' post-qualification clinical experience, including substantial hands-on ultrasound practice and experience in digital radiography. Current Basic Life Support certification. Competence in HMIS/RIS/PACS workflows, patient-data verification, image labelling, archiving, report tracking and downtime documentation. Demonstrated integrity, punctuality, respectful conduct, confidentiality. teamwork and willingness to work shifts, on-call or theatre duties as rostered.
