About the role Two field supervisors are needed to lead enumerator teams, manage field logistics and safeguard data quality. Key responsibilities Lead, train and supervise a team of enumerators in the field Run spot-checks, back-checks and daily data quality reviews Manage field logistics, movement plans and team welfare Report daily progress and issues to the research coordinator Requirements Degree in social sciences, statistics, public health or a related field At least 2 years of field supervision experience on survey projects Strong command of sampling protocols and CAPI platforms (ODK, SurveyCTO, KoBo) Excellent leadership, reporting and problem-solving skills Applications close 30 August 2026.
